Part 1: Licely

Prologue

There are two worlds. Aliens and Natives. You may call us aliens, but you are known as the same to us. Our story begins here, on Earth, where a young girl and her friend were running. Far away.

Chapter 1

"Come on Alex.", I said,"Why do you have to be so slow..."

"I am not slow. I am just not as fast as you are.", Alex replied.


"Which means you are too slow...", I argued.


"Am. Not.", Alex said angrily.


"Just because you're older doesn't mean that you are always right", I stated.


"Sixteen in a month.", Alex said proudly," And you are?"


"Twelve", I muttered.


"So...", Alex said slowly.


I smiled at my friend. He may be annoying, but he's an amazing friend.


"Where are we going?", Alex asked.


"To our secret clubhouse...", I whispered.


"But we haven't been there since--"


"Shut it. Now.", I said slowly and angrily.


Alex's eyes welded up with tears. My eyes did too.


"Oh, god.", Alex whispered.


I heard a voice. A deep voice of a male.


"We'll never catch him."


"Yes, yes we will.", another voice said.


"What are you listening to?", Alex asked.


"Shut up!", I yelled.


Maybe I yelled too loud because I didn't hear footsteps behind my turned head.


"Hello sweetheart", the first voice said.


Alex and I turned around slowly. And surely enough, the first voice was a man, a tall man with a bandit's cloak around his shoulders.


The next thing I knew, I had a sudden pain in my chest.


I saw the light. I saw the angels. I saw...


I woke up, gasping for air. I saw a figure standing above me. As my vision unblurred itself, I realized that it was a boy, he looked around fourteen years old. He was smiling at me. I tried to smile back.


"Ilikeyoursmile", I slurred.


"Thanks", the boy said.


"I coughed and gasped for air. He patted me on the back as I sat up. I smiled again after I was done coughing.


"Thanks", I said slowly.


"Good, I'm glad you're done slurring", the boy said.


"Excuse me?", I asked.


"I just saved your life."

Chapter 2

"Wha?", I exclaimed.

"You heard me", the boy said.

"I know, I heard you, but what you mean?".

"I mean, I literally saved your life. You were practically dead when I found you", the boy said, frusterated.

"How?", I asked, aso frusterated.

"None of your business."

"Humph.", I snorted.

The boy started walking away.

"You know if you really wanted, I could help you find your family", he said.


"I don't have any...", I mumbled.


"WHAT?!", he practically screamed.


"You heard me", I mimicked.


"But how does a pretty girl like you have no family?", he said.


"Pretty?", I said angrily.


"Um...", the boy said.


"Well, there ya are handsome."


We both looked up. There was the cloaked man sitting in the tree.


"RUN!!", the boy yelled.


"Too late.", another man said. He held up a giant cage. The cloaked man shoved us in. We both screamed. We were trapped in a cage.


The two men put the cage with us in it inside the back of a truck. I wondered, were we done for?

Bleah

I'm so bored

Right now.

Bleah.

Happy

I feel happy.

But, not really.
